TBH provides beauty and cosmetic services including, but not limited to:

  • Eyelash Extensions

  • Nail Extensions & Nail Art

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued without prior notice.

 

Appointments & Bookings

  • Appointments may be booked through our website, phone, social media, or other approved booking methods.

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information.

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling, depending on availability.

 

Payments

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • We reserve the right to request an advance booking amount for selected services.

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Clients should provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Advance payments may be non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.

  • TBH reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of beauty and cosmetic services:

  • Completed services are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will not be provided because of personal preference, change of mind, or dissatisfaction arising from failure to follow aftercare instructions.

  • If you experience a concern related to the service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can review the matter.

 

Client Health & Safety

Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, pregnancy, medications, or previous cosmetic procedures before treatment.

TBH may refuse or postpone a service if it is considered unsafe or unsuitable for the client.

 

Aftercare

Clients agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided by TBH. Failure to follow aftercare guidance may affect the final results, healing process, and longevity of the treatment.

Beauty and cosmetic results vary from person to person. We do not guarantee identical results to those shown in photographs, videos, or promotional materials.
